The client is responsible for ensuring that all policies, procedures, instructions, employment information and compliance statements are accurate, current, authorized and approved before production and final release.
Accessibility compliance, professional voice talent, translation, quizzes, LMS integration and custom animation are not included unless specifically listed in the proposal.
